JAN 1 - 4 - Blank

JAN 5 THURSDAY
Social down home but baby has a cold so I can't go. I went to Tressa's in morning. Lovely warm day. Baby better at night.

JAN 6 FRIDAY
I went to Tressa's in morning. Mrs A washed for Tillie. Jeanie at Mag Moffatt's. I did a small wash. George and Allie up.

JAN 7 SATURDAY
Millen and Burns came home. I got a letter from Helen. Millen and I went to Chas Murray's for baby's high chair. Edie and George here.

JAN 8 SUNDAY
Jeanie came up. Millen and Burns went back to woods. Baby weighs 20 lbs. Millen weighs 169. I weigh 125.

JAN 9 - 12 - Blank

JAN 13 FRIDAY
I washed and scrubbed pantry. Baby is 7 months old today.

JAN 14 SATURDAY
I scrubbed kitchen. Mrs A cooked.

JAN 15 SUNDAY
Jeanie came up. We read books all day. Ruth up too. Mrs A at Tressa's. Aubrey over.

JAN 16 - 17 - Blank

JAN 18 WEDNESDAY
Mrs A and Aubrey went to town. Mrs A got a dresser scarf for me to work. I started it.

JAN 19 THURSDAY
Charlie came up after me so baby and I went to Ruth's and stayed all night. I did a big wash. Chas at the hockey game.

JAN 20 FRIDAY
I am still at Ruth's. Jeanie came down and stayed to supper. Earle M here.

JAN 21 SATURDAY
Daddy's birthday. Ruth, baby and I came up at 11:30. Millen and Burns came home about 11pm. I was in bed.

JAN 22 SUNDAY
Snowed all day. Millen and I went to Tressa's at night for a True Story. We read until 1:30. I weigh 126. Jeanie up.

JAN 23 MONDAY
Snowed all day and blew awful hard. Terrible cold all day. Millen and I read True Story. The rest played cards.

JAN 24 TUESDAY
Millen, Burns, Tillie went to town. Got my Lux and a new broom. I washed. Mum helped me. Aunt Jean very low.

JAN 25 WEDNESDAY
Millen, Burns and Billy went back to the woods. Ruth and Jeanie came up. Ruth wants baby and I to go down on Feb 10th.

Millen didn't come home.
